Most of the beads and jewelry pieces pictured on my site have already been
sold but I can make pieces just like them for you. Use this brief form
for inquiries.
Jewelry "to suit"
Though I try never to make the same piece twice, I can make any piece "to
suit." If you like a piece of jewelry that has been sold, we can work
together to make something similar. For example, you should feel free to ask
me, "Steph, could you make me a necklace like 'Yippee', but with the purple
and green color scheme of the 'Sea Collar'?" I love requests like this.
Understand the items are unique. Because the materials are either organic
or handmade, it is nearly impossible to avoid variations from piece to piece.
Allow for this when you imagine your piece.
Jewelry order procedure, returns, deposits
We ship all beads and jewelry through U.S.P.S. Priority Mail with Delivery
Confirmation. As of 5/07, the minimum charge for Shipping & Handling is
$6. If you would like to pay for your package to be insured, we can work this
into your final cost. Effective 9/1/03, there is a $10 charge for custom orders
$100 or less. Please inquire about any charges on orders over $100. Custom
orders are not returnable, though I will give a quote, draw a picture, scan
or photograph materials and pieces in my collection, free of charge. I find
this is helpful when trying to picture a custom piece. A half deposit is required
before I start to assemble a custom order.

We welcome your input and we will incorporate your suggestions into the beads
we make for you. Please understand that due to the nature of our work, and
the nature of our medium, no two beads are ever identical. We see this as
part of the fun!
